Rene Gruau was a very famous 'fashion illustrator' working with all the top couture houses of France. He turned to commercial art once technology took over, using the same techniques learned in his previous career of using pen & pencil. Here we have two stepping out in smart suits in the stiff Parisian breeze certainly showing class, and appropriate 1992 shoulder width!
