The French artist Desclozeaux studied under the famous posterist Paul Colin in the late 1950s. Since 1968, he has provided cartoons & illustrations to the weekly news journal Nouvel Observateur.This poster is for the “World Festival of the Circus of Tomorrow”. Founded in 1977, each year dozens of circus artists gather in Paris for this spectacular event.
