A celebration of new wine - buvons le vin nouveau! Each year the third Thursday in November marks the release of the Beaujolais Nouveaux - a wine made only from Gamay grapes hand-picked in the vineyards of the Beaujolais region not long after the grapes are harvested. Thus this wine is enjoyed immediately.
Savignac has some fun with these facts, in this stunning image, showing a newborn bottle ready for tasting.
