A very late poster by the master Cheret. By the time this poster was created in 1913, Cheret was in retirement and his eyesight was failing. In comparison to his earlier posters, the woman and her allegorical helmsman are a little rough, however we still see Cheret's skill with colour and movement.
Width and height measurements are in cm.
Condition
The Galerie only deals in original vintage posters. As such, each poster is unique and may show signs of age. We think this is part of their authenticity and beauty! However, we are more than happy to provide a condition report.
